Do not sign and consent to this agreement before you read it and fully understand the covenants contained herein. By signing this agreement, the OCCUPANT hereby acknowledges that the Rental Agreement has been read, understood, and accepted, as is, with all the terms and conditions expressed in the above multi-page agreement.  Price of units subject to change as listed on site, please confirm with staff.
